1Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and either own the property or be authorized to arrange work on it. Use the website only for lawful project research and inquiries. You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or submit information you are not allowed to share
• Interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or overload our systems
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy prices or content
• Send unlawful, harmful, or abusive material

We may limit or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

2Planning estimates and prices

Price ranges, quantities, product images, and material grades shown on the website are preliminary until they appear in a signed written proposal. Estimates may rely on assumptions or approximate measurements when exact information is not available.

Final pricing depends on verified measurements, your selections, site access, existing conditions, material availability, permits, and the agreed scope of work.

• Review each line's inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions.
• Items marked unpriced or pending review are not included in a subtotal unless stated.
• Customer-supplied materials are included only where the estimate or proposal says so.

An emailed estimate, reference number, or chat confirmation is not a contract, a guaranteed price, or a reservation of materials or labor.

3Estimate Assistant

The Estimate Assistant uses artificial intelligence. It can misunderstand instructions or give incomplete or incorrect information. Review your estimate carefully and tell our team about anything that looks wrong.

The Estimate Assistant does not replace a site visit, professional design, engineering, a permit determination, or a formal proposal. Guides and answers on the website are general information. Local codes and site conditions vary.

Do not rely on the website for urgent hazards or safety decisions involving electrical, gas, structural, or other critical systems. In an emergency, call 911 or your utility company.

4Proposals and project agreements

Submitting a request lets our team review your information and respond. It does not guarantee availability or a start date. Scheduling is confirmed separately.

All construction work is performed under a signed written agreement. That agreement sets the scope of work, price, payment schedule, deposits, change orders, permits, cancellation rights, and warranties. If the project agreement and these Terms conflict on a project matter, the project agreement controls. Our Contractor Disclosure explains how we use subcontractors, licensed trade professionals, and Pro Partners. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

5Information you submit

Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge, and tell us when measurements are estimated or unknown. Only send photos and content you have the right to share. We use what you submit to respond, prepare estimates, and provide services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not publish your name, messages, or project photos for marketing without your separate permission.

6Communications

When you request an estimate or follow-up, we may contact you about that request by phone, email, or text using the details you provide. An inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.

7Website content and links

We or our licensors own the Install & Design name, logo, pricing data, and original website content. You may view and save information for your own project planning. Any other copying, resale, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and interruptions can happen. We may correct errors and update, suspend, or remove features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and the Estimate Assistant are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of website information. Confirm important details with our team before making decisions or starting work.

This section applies to the website only. Our responsibilities for construction work are set by the signed project agreement and applicable law.

9Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Charlotte County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. Disputes about construction work follow the project agreement.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes to a project follow the change-order process in your project agreement.
